Fine lavender essential oil against stress
Lavender essential oil is perfect for combating stress. Its properties are among the most powerful and capable of acting directly on the emotions in cases of nervous agitation, anxiety, or even anxiety.

Where does stress come from?

Do you feel tired all the time? Are you on edge and crying over nothing? The slightest annoyance makes you lose your temper? It is very likely that you are suffering from stress, a defense and protection mechanism of your body when faced with an unusual situation. If stress is useful in certain cases, in response to danger, for example, it can be very disabling when it manifests itself recurrently and for no apparent reason. Many factors can be at the origin, such as problems at work, exams to take, the occurrence of an illness or even financial worries. While some people are almost never stressed, others will develop chronic stress which can go so far as to cause health problems such as hypertension. If good stress, the one that serves to protect us, does not need to be treated, chronic stress must be taken care of. This requires a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, good sleep and the use of natural treatments such as fine lavender essential oil, the anti-stress par excellence.
