Xanthan gum
Xanthan gum is a gelling agent and thickener for aqueous phases. It allows you to modify the viscosity and texture of the aqueous phases of your homemade cosmetics (gels, shampoos, milks, creams, etc.). Of natural origin, xanthan gum is often used to create transparent aqueous gels (approved by Ecocert). At less than 0.5%, it also significantly increases the stability of your emulsions.
