Dosages

The essential oils that we present to you are effective and very rich in active ingredients. The indicated dosages should not be exceeded.

  • As a food supplement (oral): 2 drops 3 times a day for a maximum of 3 days (see precautions for use).
  • In your non-rinsed facial treatments (day cream, make-up remover milk, two-phase, etc.): maximum 1 drop per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.3%).
  • In your rinsed facial treatments (scrubs, masks, etc.): maximum 2 drops per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.6%).
  • In your leave-on cosmetics for the body (balms, beauty oils, moisturizing milk, nourishing creams, etc.): max 1 drop per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.3%).
  • In your rinsed-off body cosmetics (shower gels, scrubs, etc.): max 2 drops per 10 ml of product (i.e. 0.6%).

Fine lavender essential oil cutaneously

Bites and itching

Mix in a bottle:

  • 20 drops of true lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops of tea tree essential oil
  • 10 drops of German chamomile essential oil
  • 50 drops of calendula vegetable oil

Mix everything in a codigoutte bottle then apply 1 drop twice a day locally until the sting is absorbed.


Eczema

Mix:

  • 1 drop of true lavender essential oil
  • 1 drop of rosewood essential oil
  • 1 drop of bourbon geranium essential oil
  • 20 drops of calendula vegetable oil

Apply this synergy locally to the lesions gently morning and evening for 10 days.


Scars and wounds

Mix in a codigoutte bottle:

  • 20 drops of true lavender essential oil
  • 20 drops of Italian helichrysum essential oil
  • 20 drops of cistus essential oil
  • 60 drops (2 ml) sweet almond vegetable oil

Apply a few drops of the preparation to the small wound until it heals. Maximum 2 times a day.



Fine lavender essential oil orally

Anxieties and anxiety

Mix:

  • 50 drops of true lavender EO
  • 40 drops of noble chamomile oil
  • 40 drops of petit grain bigarade EO
  • 30 drops of lemon verbena EO

Place 2 drops of the mixture on a neutral tablet in case of anxiety or nervousness. Maximum 3x/day for 5 days.



Fine lavender essential oil in diffusion

Stress and mood swings

Place in an essential oil diffuser:

  • 4 drops of true lavender essential oil
  • 4 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 4 drops of petit grain bigarade essential oil
  • 4 drops of garden marjoram essential oil

To broadcast in your rooms, morning and evening for 30 minutes in continuous broadcast.


Spray anti-pollution

In a 200 ml bottle fitted with a spray, mix:

  • 40 drops of true lavender EO
  • 40 drops of lemongrass EO
  • 40 drops of lemon EO
  • 40 drops of ravintsara HE
  • 40 drops of tea tree oil
  • 70° alcohol in sufficient quantity to fill your 200 ml spray bottle.

Spray a few sprays of this mixture in your living rooms 2 to 3 times a week.
